Silly Questions that get asked
Do you have twins
Someone will ask, "Do you have twins?" and I will say, "No, Quadruplets," They say, "What?" I say, Quadruplets," "Oh, they say, "two sets of twins." I just smile and say, "Yes."
VBS
We also have 9 kids and at one time we had 8 kids under 5 years old. We went to a VBS vacation bible school and a little old lady came running out and said, "WE DON'T DO daycares, sorry." I said, "This is my family," She said, "If this is your family, then, why do they all look about the same age.?" I said, "Have you ever heard of multiples?"...Then with her mouth wide open, we left.
Trash pick up
One day the trash man came to our door and said with a daycare in our home they had to raise our Bill, "What daycare?" You see with 5 kids in diapers, I changed the kids about 37 times a day. That's 245 diapers a week.
It just amazes me what people ask... "BUT funny too"
